For the past 18 years, WORK ActiveSync is a fan and supporter to cPanel Inc. A control panel software which enabling hundreds and thousands of our customers’ domains. cPanel is evolving and we've trust in cPanel and offer cPanel as our main platform of control panel hosting all the while.
However, on June 27th, cPanel Inc announced changes and revised their licensing price tremendously. The changes were very surprising and we'll be announcing our plan based on the changes soonest.
The changes will be impacting all customers which cPanel & WHM enabled by immediate effect. This will also affect our hosting partner offering since we might considering to switch to Directadmin which some of our cloud and dedicated server customer already using for a long time as an alternative to cPanel & WHM.
We would like to thank you for your support all the years and appreciate your understanding and patience regarding the changes that will be announced. We'll update once we have finalized the decision soonest.

This is to inform you that the registry for .BIZ is increasing its domain fee. The new price will affect all accredited registrars, and the scopes including, registration, renewal and transfer.

Deprecate Support for Squirrelmail for cPanel Hosting ( Apr 28, 2018 )
WORK ActiveSync would like to officially announce the discontinuation of SquirrelMail as Webmail for all of our Linux hosting clients.
For your information, SquirrelMail was added to cPanel back when webmail first became an option for cPanel users more than a decade ago. It is included as one of the default options for Webmail selection together with Roundcube and Horde until now.
Why SquirrelMail is being removed?
SquirrelMail’s last update was May 30th, 2013, with their last release on July 12, 2011.
The recent security patches cause cPanel to ship SquirrelMail with known security flaws and they decide to deprecate the support of it in future by removing SquirrelMail at WebMail option for new installations of cPanel & WHM in version 76.
Custom Webmail Applications is not supported in shared hosting environment. Clients are advised to migrate their address book from Squirrelmail to Horde or Roundcube which are not affected by this exercise.
Clients that wish to use SquirrelMail in future may consider Cloud/Dedicated servers that allow this custom installation by contacting our Sales department at https://help.was.com.my.
WORK ActiveSync will not provide any support or updating for an unmaintained application and it will be the server administrator’s responsibility to keep SquirrelMail up to date if updates are released.

Changing SMTP (Outgoing) Port from 26 to 587 ( Dec 24, 2016 )
Please change the SMTP (Outgoing) port from current 26 to 587 for your mail program immediately, as we're going to move your hosting account to newly setup servers.
Port 587 is almost like standard SMTP port. MSA should accept email after authentication (e.g. after SMTP AUTH). It helps to stop outgoing spam when netmasters of DUL ranges can block outgoing connections to SMTP port (port 25/26).

Network Issue Detected ( Dec 2, 2015 )
We noticed the network issue this morning (2/12/2015) is not 100% recovered yet. However we have already informed Data Center end to check & fix it ASAP.
Some network connection can be connected already, but some still cannot connect.
We will update you as soon as TM (Telekom Malaysia) resolves this issue.The current issue is beyond our control, we need to wait for TM to fix it.

Migration Of Server ( Sep 11, 2015 )
Dear Valued Hosting Customer,
Please be informed that we will migrate one of our servers (220.127.116.11) to new server on the following schedule time phase by phase. This migration is to upgrade current server and solve the current server storage issue.
New IP: 18.104.22.168
You do not need to do anything from your end. However, if you are using IP (22.214.171.124) instead of your own hostname (For example: mail.YourDomain.com), please update your domain to the new IP on Monday (14/09/2015).

Filesystem Issue Has Been Resolved ( May 28, 2015 )
The server has finally recovered. All the services are up and online now. We will be planning for replacement of new server in near future for an upgrade.
