[Important Notice] MYSQL Issue on Saga3 Server  ( Jun 8, 2022 )
Dear Customers,

We are having a file system error on Saga3 server at the moment.

Issue started since 8/June/2022 @ 10:50am. We are still working on a fix to bring up the service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA at the moment.

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality services, we are now upgrading our Help Desk Portal that allows you to reach us and obtain prompt response from our professional customer support staffs. The old portal https://help.was.com.my is no longer serving you as a help desk. Please visit https://helpdesk.was.com.my for technical assistance.

The advantage of this new portal Work ActiveSync Support Team is that, you are no longer need a password to log on to the portal. What you have to do is to key in your valid email address, and our system will then send you an email which contains an authentication link for you to log on to the Help Desk portal. It's simple and fast, isn't it? Besides this, our new portal allows you to attach multiple attachment (Hold down CTRL key to select the files you want to attach) while you're submitting support ticket.

Dear Hosting Reseller,

1 year just passed after cPanel last year's price increment. Unfortunately, cPanel just sent us another notice informing us price increase again. Cost increasing by 75% per cPanel account. Therefore, we have to adjust the current reseller package pricing. Please see the new price below:

We try to absorb as much as possible, unfortunately, based on their notice, they are looking to revise the cost every year. We do not know what will happen again next year.

This practice is due to our auto-generated billing invoice is usually issued one month before the expiry date of the hosting service you subscribed.

Dear Customers,

For the past 18 years, WORK ActiveSync is a fan and supporter to cPanel Inc. A control panel software which enabling hundreds and thousands of our customers’ domains. cPanel is evolving and we've trust in cPanel and offer cPanel as our main platform of control panel hosting all the while.

However, on June 27th, cPanel Inc announced changes and revised their licensing price tremendously. The changes were very surprising and we'll be announcing our plan based on the changes soonest.
The changes will be impacting all customers which cPanel & WHM enabled by immediate effect. This will also affect our hosting partner offering since we might considering to switch to Directadmin which some of our cloud and dedicated server customer already using for a long time as an alternative to cPanel & WHM.

Deprecate Support for Squirrelmail for cPanel Hosting  ( Apr 28, 2018 )

WORK ActiveSync would like to officially announce the discontinuation of SquirrelMail as Webmail for all of our Linux hosting clients.
For your information, SquirrelMail was added to cPanel back when webmail first became an option for cPanel users more than a decade ago.   It is included as one of the default options for Webmail selection together with Roundcube and Horde until now.
Why SquirrelMail is being removed?

SquirrelMail’s last update was May 30th, 2013, with their last release on July 12, 2011.
The recent security patches cause cPanel to ship SquirrelMail with known security flaws and they decide to deprecate the support of it in future by removing SquirrelMail at WebMail option for new installations of cPanel & WHM in version 76.

Custom Webmail Applications is not supported in shared hosting environment. Clients are advised to migrate their address book from Squirrelmail to Horde or Roundcube which are not affected by this exercise.
Clients that wish to use SquirrelMail in future may consider Cloud/Dedicated servers that allow this custom installation by contacting our Sales department at https://help.was.com.my.
WORK ActiveSync will not provide any support or updating for an unmaintained application and it will be the server administrator’s responsibility to keep SquirrelMail up to date if updates are released.
