Changing SMTP (Outgoing) Port from 26 to 587  ( Dec 24, 2016 )

Dear Customers,

Please change the SMTP (Outgoing) port from current 26 to 587 for your mail program immediately, as we're going to move your hosting account to newly setup servers.

Port 587 is almost like standard SMTP port. MSA should accept email after authentication (e.g. after SMTP AUTH). It helps to stop outgoing spam when netmasters of DUL ranges can block outgoing connections to SMTP port (port 25/26).

Network Issue Detected  ( Dec 2, 2015 )
Dear Customers,

We noticed the network issue this morning (2/12/2015) is not 100% recovered yet. However we have already informed Data Center end to check & fix it ASAP.

Some network connection can be connected already, but some still cannot connect.

We will update you as soon as TM (Telekom Malaysia) resolves this issue.The current issue is beyond our control, we need to wait for TM to fix it.

Migration Of Server  ( Sep 11, 2015 )

Please be informed that we will migrate one of our servers ( to new server on the following schedule time phase by phase. This migration is to upgrade current server and solve the current server storage issue.

You do not need to do anything from your end. However, if you are using IP ( instead of your own hostname (For example: mail.YourDomain.com), please update your domain to the new IP on Monday (14/09/2015).

Filesystem Issue Has Been Resolved  ( May 28, 2015 )

The server has finally recovered. All the services are up and online now. We will be planning for replacement of new server in near future for an upgrade.

Corruption of Filesystem  ( May 28, 2015 )
Dear Client,

Sorry about the late notice as we are busy monitoring the FSCK currently on the Saga Server where your domain hosted. The server was found to have some corruption on the filesystem. Therefore we rebooted the server and it went into an auto FSCK. However, after 3 hours it failed. Now we are performing a manual FSCK. It is still at phase 1 currently.

We will update once everything resume to normal.

PHP Version Upgrade - PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.4  ( May 27, 2014 )

We are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading all our servers PHP versions from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.4, in order to receive the best options, security settings and features offered with the new version. You should not experience any interruptions in service or down time related to this PHP update on our servers as most improvements in PHP 5.4 have no impact on existing code. Generally most software such as WordPress, Joomla etc. that supports PHP 5.3 will also support PHP 5.4. However if you are using any custom scripts, plug-in's or themes you may check and see if they are compatible with PHP 5.4.

For sites with custom coded software you may check with the developers to make sure they are compatible with PHP 5.4. Developers can check the backward incompatible changes http://www.php.net/....incompatible.php

We are expecting to start the upgrade process on June 01, 2014 and expect to complete the upgrade on all of our servers within 1 month.

Server (Saga) Is Up Now  ( May 17, 2014 )
